A biology graduate and passionate about drawing and reading comics since childhood, Nixarim can no longer imagine a life without storytelling and art.

Her first steps took place in the early 2000s on Dreamers and Blogger forums, where she began publishing online comic strips on her blog, Gothic Paranoid, while also collaborating with various video game websites.

She started self-publishing through contributions to several national zines (Weezine, Viñetas!, Es Ciencia, etc.) and international ones (HeyRope, Bottom’s Up, To The World, etc.).

In 2019, she embarked on what became her longest and most ambitious project, Lightbringer, which continues to this day, and was a finalist in 2024 in the Ignotus awards, in the best Comic category.
